Ultrasonic Devices
These devices are designed to aim the ultrasonic beam precisely at a small spot, which enables the use of extremely short application times, approximately from 0,3 sec. per stone. Provided that correct settings are observed and that Hotfix stones by Preciosa® are used, ultrasonic devices enable you to apply stones onto most porous textiles as well as non-textile materials, achieving high levels of labour productivity and excellent results.
Ultrasonic devices have the advantage of being gentle on textile materials, with very little likelihood of causing visible damage to carrier materials.

Note:
All application parameters specified in the tables are guidelines only. Tests should be always carried out from the start of production. Bond strength of Preciosa® stones on textiles reaches its desired quality in 24 hours from application, therefore it is not recommended to carry out any testing and washing of applied stones before his time.
